Crew Scheduling Officer – Shift Based (Emiratisation)

About the role

As a Crew Scheduling Officer in the Operations Control – Management & Admin team, you will support the crew scheduling controllers to ensure that flight and cabin crew rosters are accurate and compliant for Dubai and outstations. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, helping to keep operations running smoothly during normal days and disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the crew scheduling team to provide up‑to‑date crewing information for operational decisions.
• Implement recovery solutions during operational disruptions and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage day‑of‑operation roster amendments caused by crew sickness or other changes.
• Ensure cabin crew complement and complex attributes meet company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Highlight operational abnormalities such as aircraft changes and verify correct crew complement.
• Communicate operational changes to flight and cabin crew promptly.
• Assign standby crew in line with GCAA legalities and company standards.
• Support flight crew training recovery outside office hours to minimise roster impact.

Required profile

• Completed 12 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in flight operations, specifically in rostering and crew scheduling.
