CRM Developer – Core PHP & Laravel

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Developer with strong experience in Core PHP and Laravel to develop, maintain, and enhance our custom CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have solid background in CRM development, API integrations, workflow automation, and lead management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain a custom CRM platform using Core PHP, Laravel (MVC), MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery and Vue.js.
• Build and maintain secure RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party systems such as Call Center solutions, WhatsApp API, SMS gateways, email services, landing page forms and MasterPlan.
• Implement lead assignment and routing based on business rules, agent KPIs, workload and availability.
• Create and manage automated cron jobs for lead distribution, notifications, reporting and data synchronization.
• Perform data migration, database optimization and system upgrades.
• Develop CRM modules including Lead Management, Workflow Automation, Reporting Dashboards and Role‑Based Access Control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Core PHP and Laravel development.

Required skills

• Core PHP and Laravel framework.
• MySQL database design, optimization and SQL queries.
• Front‑end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js.
• RESTful API development, AJAX, JSON and third‑party integrations (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Call Center, MasterPlan).
• Lead assignment logic, workflow automation and cron job scheduling.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and software development best practices.
