About the role

The Customer Service Agent will provide support to residents and businesses that need information about Tasleem cooling services. The role involves delivering accurate information, assisting with the fulfilment of cooling service contracts, and handling payment processing.

Key responsibilities

Present a professional and courteous attitude when engaging with customers.
Identify queries that require escalation and follow established protocols while remaining the primary contact from engagement to resolution.
Process new contracts, payment receipting, and application procedures accurately, minimizing the need for follow‑up.
Understand policies for contract moves, payments, and service suspensions.
Handle cash, cheque, or card payments promptly, issue receipts, and ensure funds are deposited in the bank.

Required profile

Diploma or High School certificate.
At least 1 year of experience in a relevant customer support or service role.
