Customer Service Representative – Dubai

About the role

The Client Service Representative position is a front‑line, client‑facing role based in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to a diverse portfolio of customers while supporting the operational needs of the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, chat, and email.
• Manage day‑to‑day business unit operations, including orders, sales transactions, client affairs, and financial matters.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate actively in client retention programs and handle complaints and feedback professionally.
• Maintain property and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered if criteria are met).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a refined accent.
• Ability to engage with high‑profile clients with poise and professionalism.
• Strong problem‑solving, research, and detail‑orientation abilities.
• Professional appearance, confident personality, high energy level, and good physical health.
