Customer Service Representative II

About the role

The Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) is an intermediate‑level position within ADM Nutrition’s Customer Service organization. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead at the Dubai Flavors facility, the CSR II ensures smooth order fulfilment from entry to delivery while delivering an industry‑leading customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling inquiries via email and phone.
• Process new and revised purchase orders, provide order acknowledgements, shipment updates, and resolve order issues.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor daily and ad‑hoc reports and customized documentation.
• Enter and maintain master data, resolve credit holds, and manage Arabic language customer labels.
• Coordinate client projects with field sales and internal teams, and support cross‑functional resolution of product issues and complaints.
• Issue proper documentation for all shipments and track shipments to expedite as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
