Customer Service Representative

About the role

Mitrade is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries across multiple channels and support account opening, verification, and funding processes. The role involves working varied shifts to provide consistent service to a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with account opening, verification, and funding via web chat, phone, email and social media.
• Deliver high‑quality, best‑in‑class service, primarily through web chat interactions.
• Identify customer needs, propose solutions, and pursue opportunities to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently.
• Stay informed about financial markets, the CFD industry, and Mitrade’s trading platforms.
• Support shift planning, resource allocation, and manage customer feedback within the CS team.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages (Spanish, German, Portuguese, Thai, Vietnamese) are a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in the financial or fintech sector.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
• High integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day week, including public holidays and shift duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
