About the role
We're looking for a Customer Service & Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, offering timely and accurate help.
You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues efficiently, keep detailed interaction records, and spot recurring problems to help improve our service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Spot recurring issues and report trends to management
- Support customer satisfaction and retention goals
Required profile
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Comfortable with support software and multitasking
- Reliable remote setup
