Customer Service Trainer (Remote)

About the role

Circles is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Trainer to elevate the performance of its frontline agents across BPO vendor teams. Working remotely, you will design and deliver training programs that support the digital‑first telecom brand in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding, upskilling and refresher training for customer service agents.
• Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, knowledge‑base articles, call/chat scripts and service playbooks tailored to a digital telco environment.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Program Manager to align training content with product updates, policy changes and service expectations.
• Support quality‑assurance initiatives by embedding best practices and performance standards into training curricula.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, performance‑driven professional with strong self‑management skills.
• Passion for learning and development in high‑volume, digitally native customer service settings.
• Experience managing training programs for BPO or call‑center environments.
