CX Solution Sales Expert

About the role

As a CX Solution Sales Expert you will act as a strategic sales leader for SAP Customer Experience cloud solutions. You will combine deep SAP expertise with business acumen to drive revenue, accelerate AI‑enabled innovation and position SAP as a market leader in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts as the CX Line‑of‑Business owner and develop strategic account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end customer value journeys, mapping processes and owning transformation road‑maps.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
• Engage early with customers on new product launches, driving AI and innovation initiatives such as scalable PoCs and partner co‑investments.
• Support solution advisors with demo readiness, enablement programmes, and custom prototypes using customer‑specific data.
• Collaborate with value advisors to craft ROI‑focused narratives and conduct executive workshops to secure buy‑in.
• Navigate complex pricing and contractual negotiations while protecting profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic solution sales within enterprise software, preferably SAP.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer challenges into technology‑driven value.
• Demonstrated success in managing pipelines, closing deals and influencing senior executives.
• Experience leading AI‑focused initiatives and cloud‑based transformation projects.
