Data Analyst – A/B Testing & Experimentation (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will own the end‑to‑end experimentation programme for our $1B+ e‑commerce platform. You will design, run and analyse A/B tests, uncover conversion bottlenecks and turn data into actionable recommendations for marketing, UX and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses, design test plans and set up experiments across Shopify, GA4, Google Ads and BigQuery.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean and model data.
• Perform statistical analysis, interpret results and present clear business recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement changes and measure impact within the same week.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines that feed experimentation dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for understanding user behaviour.
• Hands‑on experience running A/B tests and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
