Data Analytics Manager

About the role

We are partnering with an innovative fintech company that builds scalable technology and payments products for global markets. As the Data Analytics Manager you will own the end‑to‑end analytics journey, from data warehousing to executive decision‑making, and shape how the business measures success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and BI developers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Define, govern and maintain a single source of truth for business metrics across the organisation.
• Design and deliver intuitive executive, operational and product dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
• Establish visualisation standards, dashboard design guidelines and reporting best practices.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Growth and Executive stakeholders to translate priorities into data‑driven insights.
• Ensure accuracy, quality and integrity of all reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Drive self‑service analytics, improve data accessibility and manage the BI platform, including access controls and governance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or analytics engineering.
• Proven experience leading and developing analytics or BI teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Background in fintech, payments, retail or digital businesses.
• Knowledge of data governance, metric definitions and reporting best practices.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for complex data validation and interrogation.
• Experience with modern BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Metabase or Superset.
• Dashboard design and data visualisation expertise.
• Python or R (advantageous).
