Data Entry Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join the project administration team supporting large‑scale EPC projects in the oil & gas sector. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee and project records, managing documentation, and ensuring data integrity across multiple administrative systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update employee records, attendance sheets, timecards, leave records and manpower deployment logs.
• Maintain both digital and physical records for site attendance, gate passes, ID cards, mobilization/demobilisation logs and daily manpower reports.
• Update inventories of office supplies, PPE, accommodation and transport requisitions.
• Scan, index, archive and retrieve documents in line with company retention procedures.
• Prepare administrative forms, letters, memos and reports as directed.
• Manage filing systems, version control and document naming conventions.
• Coordinate data updates and reporting with HR, finance, site administration, transport and camp management teams.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Experience of at least two years in data entry, record keeping or related administrative functions.
• Ability to handle confidential personnel information with discretion.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Time and Attendance Management Systems.
• Experience using Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document sharing and collaboration.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
