Data Scientist – Production AI (7‑10 yrs)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of production‑grade AI solutions. The role is based on‑site in Abu Dhabi and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end ML lifecycle, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to integrate AI models into scalable services.
• Maintain model performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement continuous improvement pipelines.
• Document workflows, create reproducible experiments, and ensure compliance with best practices.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of hands‑on experience in Data Science and Applied Machine Learning.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to start immediately.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑ready ML models.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn.
• NLP and Transformer frameworks (Hugging Face, spaCy, Gensim).
• Large Language Models (LLMs).
• MLflow for experiment tracking.
• Docker and REST API development.
• SQL, Pandas, Apache Spark.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
