Data System Analyst – SFCC Backend Administration

About the role

The Data & Systems Administrator will act as the day‑to‑day custodian of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) backend, ensuring catalog, pricing, and content data remain accurate while managing the SaaS tools that power the company’s app operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the SFCC Business Manager environment across sandbox, staging, and production instances.
• Configure and maintain catalogs, pricebooks, promotions, and content slots.
• Set up user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system jobs, feeds, and scheduled data pipelines.
• Own catalog data hygiene, including product attributes, images, and inventory feeds for all brand portfolios.
• Perform regular data audits and reconcile discrepancies between SFCC and ERP/OMS/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Global Operations, and Technology teams on campaigns, order issues, and platform upgrades.
• Generate reports on system health, data quality, and operational KPIs for leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in e‑commerce data management and SFCC administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
