About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced DCDP to join the KIGO team at Four Seasons DIFC in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑end Japanese restaurant service within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar role within high‑end Japanese restaurant concepts (highly advantageous).
- Fluent in English.
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
