About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join Clear Recruitment’s fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will work closely with senior consultants and directors, helping to source and place top talent for our data‑center clients worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Generate CVs for senior consultants and the director team.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with global clients to understand hiring needs.
- Create and market job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Manage a hot permanent recruitment desk, focusing on a niche vertical.
Required profile
- Ambitious, self‑motivated individual with a growth mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen and desire to become a specialist recruiter.
- Ability to work in a high‑performing, results‑driven environment.
