Delivery Fleet Supervisor

About the role

Indigo Living LLC is looking for a Delivery Fleet Supervisor to lead its delivery team in Dubai. The role combines supervision of drivers and helpers, fleet coordination, and hands‑on delivery, assembly and décor installation at customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of drivers and helpers, ensuring punctuality, safety and high‑quality customer service.
• Plan and assign delivery routes, matching driver skills with workload and managing leave and attendance.
• Maintain vehicle records, schedule regular servicing, monitor fuel usage and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Drive the company 3‑ton truck to customer and storage locations, load, unload and transport furniture safely.
• Assemble furniture on‑site and hang pictures, mirrors and wall décor according to company standards.
• Use GPS systems to track vehicles, monitor routes and ensure schedule compliance.
• Report operational issues, delays or customer concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Valid manual UAE driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Experience in furniture delivery, assembly or installation is an advantage.
• Strong supervisory and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent organisational attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and personal hygiene.
