About the role
We are seeking an Offshore Marine Coordinator to oversee vessel condition surveys, ensure compliance with client and ADNOC requirements, and manage marine safety and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct vessel condition/suitability and pre‑vetting surveys, follow up preparations, close‑out observations and on‑hire spot checks.
- Investigate marine incidents/accidents, monitor corrective actions, and review marine personnel competency certificates, vessel class and statutory certificates.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with ADNOC Abu Dhabi.
- Valid Master Mariner Class 1 – Unlimited or Chief Officer Certificate of Competency; limited master’s licence may be considered with extensive ADNOC experience.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of STCW, ISM, IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, flag‑state and client requirements.
- Ability to review subcontractors’ Marine Management Systems for safety and environmental compliance.
