Delivery Fleet Supervisor

About the role

Indigo Living LLC is looking for a Delivery Fleet Supervisor to lead its delivery team in Dubai. You will manage driver schedules, maintain the fleet, and ensure high‑quality delivery, assembly, and décor installation for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of drivers and helpers, including training on handling, assembly, picture hanging, and safety.
• Coordinate driver assignments, monitor punctuality, customer service quality, and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Manage annual leave, attendance, and basic HR coordination for the fleet team.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, and schedule regular maintenance.
• Monitor fuel usage, implement efficiency strategies, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Use GPS systems to track vehicles, monitor routes, and ensure schedule compliance.
• Drive the 3‑ton company truck, load, transport, unload, assemble furniture, and hang pictures or décor at customer sites.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and keep the vehicle clean and safe.

Required profile

• Valid manual UAE driving license.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Experience in furniture delivery, assembly, or installation is an advantage.
• Strong supervisory and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and professional appearance during customer interactions.
