Demand Creation Specialist

About the role

Unilever Food Solutions is looking for a Demand Creation Specialist to drive sales growth and market penetration in the UAE food‑service sector. You will act as a trusted advisor to HORECA customers, leveraging Unilever’s product portfolio to meet their needs and increase brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage HORECA accounts to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with chefs, restaurant owners and other decision‑makers.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop demand‑creation plans and execute promotional activities.
• Provide tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and Unilever’s product range.
• Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence and report on performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling to the food‑service (HORECA) channel.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and customer needs.
