About the role
You'll be the person turning sales history, market trends, and customer insights into reliable forecasts, working closely with supply chain, production, sales, and marketing to keep everyone aligned.
Key responsibilities
- Build and refine forecast models as new data and market shifts arrive.
- Track forecast accuracy and adjust plans when performance deviates.
- Keep stakeholders informed and secure buy‑in on demand plans.
- Identify and resolve data issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with the warehouse team.
- Continuously seek process improvements beyond routine maintenance.
Required profile
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
- 3–5 years of demand planning experience, preferably in FMCG or non‑food sectors.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Proactive problem‑solver who detects issues early.
