Department Manager – Beauty

About the role

The Department Manager – Beauty will lead the beauty department of Al Tayer Group’s luxury retail store in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining brand standards and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, monitor results and identify commercial opportunities to exceed targets.
• Lead a team of sales associates, coaching and motivating them to deliver high‑level customer service.
• Manage stock levels, conduct stock takes, analyse inventory data and minimise loss in line with ATG policies.
• Prepare and analyse performance reports, providing feedback to buying, planning and marketing teams.
• Plan and support sales promotions, brand activities and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners and stay informed of market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within luxury or beauty sectors.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to analyse sales and inventory data to drive business decisions.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
