Deputy Store Manager – Fashion

About the role

The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations of a fashion retail outlet, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering an excellent customer experience. The role acts as the Store Manager’s right‑hand, stepping in during absences to keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to uphold high customer service standards and resolve complaints promptly.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and initiating improvement actions.
• Implement and manage sales promotions and brand activities, coordinating with support teams.
• Maintain operational compliance, minimise stock loss, and oversee stock counts with the compliance team.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, handling any disruptions efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
• High school diploma; retail‑related qualifications are a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with strong leadership capabilities.
