Design Manager & Architectural Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager / Architectural Consultant to lead the architectural design development, coordination and design management for our projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design development throughout all project stages.
• Review drawings, specifications, design requirements and project briefs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Manage design submissions, approvals, revisions and technical documentation.
• Ensure design compliance with project requirements, building codes and standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design interfaces and resolve design‑related issues.
• Review design proposals for quality, functionality, constructability and cost considerations.
• Provide design support during tender, construction and implementation phases.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Design, Construction or a related field.
• Proven experience in design management, architectural consultancy or design coordination.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, building regulations and technical documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with large‑scale construction, infrastructure or engineering projects is preferred.
