Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will join Raspberry’s Dubai office to plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns that raise brand visibility and generate qualified leads. This full‑time position works closely with designers, developers and client stakeholders to ensure a consistent, data‑driven digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (web, social media, etc.).
• Manage and grow social media accounts, creating engaging content.
• Write, edit and optimise web copy for SEO‑friendly landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to align assets with brand standards.
• Support broader marketing initiatives and recommend data‑based improvements.

Required profile

• Strong marketing knowledge including campaign planning, brand positioning and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in social media content planning, channel management and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in creating concise, SEO‑friendly web content.
• Ability to analyse data, interpret metrics and optimise campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects in an on‑site team environment.
