About the role

Orea Capital is expanding its presence in the UAE luxury real‑estate market and seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online lead generation and brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales team to create data‑driven campaigns that attract high‑net‑worth investors and buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts and produce engaging content.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta.
• Generate qualified leads through targeted digital strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular campaign reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Design and manage email marketing and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
