Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be based in Dubai and support regional marketing initiatives across South Africa, Morocco, Turkey, and India. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and local teams, the role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media, email, search engines and digital advertising platforms.
• Manage and optimise content to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor, analyse and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations.
• Support lead‑generation efforts through targeted digital strategies and marketing‑automation workflows.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain website updates, SEO initiatives and user‑experience improvements to boost traffic and conversions.
• Create and manage email marketing programmes, including segmentation, automation and performance tracking.
• Measure ROI and campaign effectiveness with marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management and multi‑country projects.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
