About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute digital campaigns that promote Tech Fortress services and increase brand awareness across target markets. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, working closely with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow professional social media channels.
• Create, optimise and publish online content.
• Coordinate email and online marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using web‑analytics tools.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and develop lead‑generation strategies.
• Analyse market trends, track competitor activity and provide performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing experience with a proven record of multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Experience managing professional social media profiles.
• Ability to interpret web‑analytics data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity or B2B technology marketing is beneficial.
