Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work on‑site at Amaya Restaurant & Lounge in Dubai, planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive footfall and promote special events.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Manage all social media platforms, create engaging content and oversee community interaction.
• Monitor web analytics, track performance metrics and produce optimisation reports.
• Maintain online listings, respond to reviews and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with creative, operations and external partners to align marketing initiatives.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights and emerging hospitality‑digital trends.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site role with strong digital marketing expertise.
• Proven experience planning and executing integrated campaigns, preferably for hospitality, lifestyle or F&B brands.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organisational attention to detail and data‑driven decision making.
