Digital Sales Executive (E-Commerce)

About the role

As a Digital Sales Executive you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads across multiple online channels. You will guide customers through plant selection, prepare custom quotations and close sales to meet monthly targets while delivering a premium digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond instantly to inquiries on WhatsApp Business, Instagram/Facebook DM, website live chat, email and phone.
• Provide consultative recommendations on plants, pots and outdoor products based on client needs.
• Convert digital quotations and abandoned carts into confirmed sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, pipeline stages and contacts in the CRM.
• Coordinate with logistics and nursery teams to ensure stock availability and smooth delivery.
• Offer post‑delivery support, plant‑care advice and resolve any issues to foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce sales, digital telesales, luxury retail or inside sales within the UAE.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong persuasive attitude with a target‑driven mindset.
• Interest in horticulture and willingness to quickly learn plant‑care basics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce.
• Experience managing high‑volume WhatsApp Business API and omni‑channel chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, ManyChat).
• Hands‑on use of CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
