Director - AI Security

About the role

The Director of AI Security will lead CPX’s regional AI security practice, shaping strategy, service delivery and commercial performance across the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for scaling a differentiated offering that aligns with evolving AI regulations and market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end AI security practice, including AI governance, responsible AI, and technical measures to secure AI solutions.
• Develop and execute a multi‑year growth strategy, manage P&L, pricing, utilization and pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cyber‑defense units and commercial teams to deliver integrated AI security propositions for government and enterprise clients.
• Define and evolve the service portfolio, creating reusable IP, accelerators and regulatory‑compliant offerings.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE PDPL, DIFC, ADGM, NESA/SIA, UAE AI Strategy, GCC frameworks and global regulations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in AI security, AI governance or related cyber‑security domains.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing practice revenue and managing P&L.
• Deep understanding of regional and international AI regulations and data protection laws.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in government and large enterprises.
