Director, Corporate Solutions – FI Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead Financial Institution (FI) Enablement within its Corporate Solutions division in Dubai. The role focuses on accelerating issuer readiness, onboarding, and scaling of Mastercard’s corporate‑payments products for financial institutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with FIs and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new Corporate Solutions products.
• Accelerate time‑to‑revenue by preparing issuers for corporate sales engagements.
• Design and deliver scalable training programs, including train‑the‑trainer models, for FI sales teams.
• Drive data‑informed decisions to enhance product adoption and commercialisation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and market teams to build cloud‑native solutions for corporate clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial‑institution enablement, payments, or B2B solutions.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior‑level audiences.
