Director, Food & Beverage

About the role

Atlantis Dubai seeks a seasoned Director of Food & Beverage to support the Vice President in overseeing a world‑class portfolio of restaurants, bars, lounges and destination concepts. You will drive operational excellence, commercial performance and guest satisfaction across multiple high‑profile outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise multi‑outlet Food & Beverage operations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Shape the future dining portfolio, ensuring each venue delivers exceptional luxury experiences.
• Champion innovation, strategic initiatives and talent development across the F&B team.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and P&L management for all outlets.
• Oversee opening, repositioning or transformation of restaurant concepts.
• Maintain the highest service standards and guest experience benchmarks.

Required profile

• Current or recent experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hotel, resort or integrated resort.
• Proven success leading large‑scale, multi‑outlet operations and destination dining concepts.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with full P&L ownership.
• Track record of revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Experience managing large, diverse teams in complex hospitality environments.
• Understanding of luxury dining standards and guest experience expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
