Director, Healthcare

About the role

The Director, Healthcare is responsible for the strategic management and growth of the bank's portfolio within the healthcare sector. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring high service quality, and meeting revenue and credit quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across banking products for healthcare clients.
• Prepare and negotiate transaction documentation such as term sheets, information memoranda, and mandate letters.
• Assess credit, market and operational risks in collaboration with product and enablement teams.
• Maintain client credit quality in line with bank standards and deliver individual and team financial targets.
• Produce and maintain account plans, client files, and timely credit reviews while ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in corporate/wholesale banking, preferably covering healthcare clients.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
