Director, Investor Development (IDT) – Dubai

About the role

The Investor Development Team (IDT) at Fitch is seeking a Director‑level professional to lead market engagement across the GCC from its Dubai office. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Investor Development, the role works closely with regional business and relationship management teams to enhance investor interaction with Fitch Ratings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Fitch’s market engagement strategy in the GCC in line with the overall corporate strategy.
• Manage relationships with a portfolio of leading GCC investors and sell‑side research teams.
• Raise awareness of Fitch Ratings’ research, coverage and credit insights through multiple channels.
• Direct allocation of analytical and data resources based on investor needs.
• Organise events, webinars and tours showcasing Fitch’s expertise.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Events on market‑wide campaigns and partnerships.
• Facilitate meetings to help investors understand Fitch’s credit views and rating actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investor relations, credit ratings or a related financial services field.
• Strong network and knowledge of the GCC investor landscape.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to design and implement strategic market‑engagement initiatives.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
