Manager of Operations

About the role

ORAA, a private wellness and social house in Dubai, is seeking a full‑time Manager of Operations to lead daily activities across its fitness, recovery and lifestyle spaces. The role ensures seamless service delivery, high member satisfaction and strict adherence to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, coordinating scheduling, staffing and training.
• Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, inventory and cost control.
• Maintain facility standards, manage vendor relationships and ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement policies, optimise workflows and support new programmes, events and initiatives.
• Handle member feedback, resolve issues and uphold premium service standards.

Required profile

• Proven operations management experience, preferably in hospitality, wellness, leisure or members’ clubs.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching, performance management and building collaborative cultures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work on‑site, including weekends or evenings as needed.

Required skills

• Operations oversight, resource planning and process optimisation.
• Budget tracking, cost control and basic data analysis for decision‑making.
• Knowledge of health, safety and facility standards in hospitality or wellness environments (advantageous).
