Director - Product Technology

About the role

Inception42, part of the G42 group, is seeking a Director of Product Technology to lead the evolution and productisation of its shared agentic‑AI platform. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Technology, you will bridge advanced AI capabilities with secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for enterprise and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical direction and execution roadmap for the agentic‑AI platform.
• Evolve architecture across agent runtime, orchestration, governance, APIs, identity, multi‑tenancy, security and sovereign deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data & AI, Platform, Security and delivery teams to turn models and prototypes into usable, observable, and supportable platform capabilities.
• Lead enterprise integration strategy and ensure interoperability with strategic technology ecosystems such as Microsoft.
• Establish engineering best practices for development, release and production, including automated evaluation, observability, rollback mechanisms and clear operational ownership.

Required profile

• Proven ability to set technical vision and guide large‑scale platform initiatives.
• Experience working across cross‑functional teams including product, design, data science and security.
• Strong judgment on usability, reliability, speed, security, deployment constraints and AI economics.
