Director, Solution Consulting – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Anaplan is seeking a visionary leader to head its Solution Consulting team in the UAE. Reporting to the EMEA Go‑To‑Market and Presales leadership, you will shape regional strategy, drive transformational change, and ensure customer success across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and execute a regional vision for the Solution Consulting team, aligning with EMEA and global objectives.
• Act as a change agent, elevating operational excellence and agility of the solution consulting function.
• Own the regional Book of Business, ensuring tight account alignment and accountability.
• Partner with sales leaders to allocate presales resources strategically and adapt engagement approaches.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performance team of up to eight consultants, defining clear career paths.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic customers and partners, especially in the UKI market.

Required profile

• Proven leader with experience shaping strategy and executing on the ground.
• Hands‑on expertise in SaaS applications, preferably in EPM/CPM, FP&A or Supply Chain platforms.
• Demonstrated presales leadership, having managed and grown a team in a complex sales environment.
• Successful track record of managing teams in the UAE or broader Middle East.
• Change‑maker mindset with a player‑coach approach, willing to roll up sleeves.
• Fluent Arabic speaker required.
