Distribution Manager – One Za'abeel

About the role

The Distribution Manager will lead the optimisation of the hotel’s distribution ecosystem, ensuring accurate availability, rates and inventory across all channels. Working closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and corporate teams, the role supports the commercial objectives of the new One&Only One Za'abeel resort in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor distribution strategies to maximise revenue and channel efficiency.
• Maintain and update data in CRS, GDS, PMS and OTA systems.
• Ensure rate parity across all channels with daily monitoring and corporate tools.
• Analyse competitor pricing and product offerings to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and enforce distribution system standards, including rate codes and room type setups.
• Manage ancillary system configurations and support booking capture ratios.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to keep platform content current.
• Track lost business and devise corrective plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel distribution, revenue management or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor competitors and market trends.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented approach to maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
