Document Controller – Construction Projects (Dubai)

About the role

CEM India Projects Limited is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support its construction projects across the UAE. The role involves managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely coordination with multiple project teams. Immediate joiners on a visit visa are highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation for construction projects.
• Control receipt, distribution, filing, tracking and retrieval of documents.
• Maintain document registers, numbering systems and revision control.
• Coordinate submissions with engineering, procurement, QA/QC and construction teams.
• Prepare and track transmittals, approvals and revisions.
• Maintain electronic and hard‑copy filing systems and archive documents.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of document control experience in construction, preferably with building, infrastructure, civil, marine or MEP projects.
• Immediate availability in the UAE on a visit visa is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with EDMS or other document management systems.
