Document Controller – Emiratization Initiative

About the role

Since 2012, Khazna Data Centers has been the leading wholesale data centre provider in the MENA region. As part of its Emiratization programme, the company is looking for a Document Controller to ensure project documentation is accurate, organised and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update document control systems, registers and deliverable trackers.
• Review, approve, distribute, archive and retrieve technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence.
• Coordinate document distribution across offices, teams, vendors and clients, ensuring compliance with procedures and contractual requirements.
• Support document control throughout construction, close‑out and transition to operations, including handover and close‑out documents.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, IT, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with 2–3 years in project or data‑centre environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with document management systems such as Asite, Aconex, SharePoint and Viewpoint.
• Experience using DMS, DocuSign and Microsoft Office suite.
