Document Controller

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Document Controller to support construction and engineering projects in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be responsible for managing both electronic and hard‑copy project documentation, ensuring accurate tracking, distribution, and retrieval throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Scan and convert paper documents to PDF, upload them to the client Contract Management System.
• Maintain a physical reference library for quick document retrieval.
• Use Primavera Contract Management to control and update the status of contract documents.
• Prepare and register correspondences, reports, payment requisitions, variation orders, site instructions, punch lists, and non‑conformance reports.
• Track and follow up on submittals, safety reports, RFCs, meeting minutes, progress photographs, contract issues, and drawings.
• Generate regular reports on outstanding actions and responses using Primavera Contract Management.
• Ensure standardized forms and reports are used and integrated with the OP&M system across all project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of document control experience in construction or engineering.
• Proven experience with Asite and electronic document management systems.
