Document Controller – MEP Projects

About the role

The Document Controller – MEP Projects will manage and control all project documentation for MEP construction activities, ensuring accurate filing, tracking and accessibility for authorized personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise all project‑related documents, including drawings, technical submittals, contracts, RFIs, reports and correspondence.
• Store, distribute and track documents using Aconex in line with company document control procedures.
• Maintain version control, audit trails and compliance with relevant standards.
• Coordinate with the project team to obtain document approvals and ensure timely distribution.
• Prepare and submit authority submissions and approvals as required.
• Monitor document status and generate regular reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in MEP construction documentation control.
• Proficiency with Aconex document management software.
• Strong understanding of document control procedures, version control and compliance standards.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary project teams and maintain high attention to detail.
