Document Controller – Project Execution

About the role

We are looking for a Document Controller to support project execution within our real‑estate development portfolio. The role ensures that all project documentation is captured, managed and handed over in line with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established document control procedures for both electronic and hard‑copy records.
• Administer the Document Management System (DMS/EDMS) such as PMWeb and SharePoint, configuring metadata, permissions and workflows.
• Receive, acknowledge and quality‑check incoming documents, applying date stamps and verifying metadata.
• Distribute electronic files to internal recipients according to the distribution matrix.
• Prepare, validate and archive documentation for project close‑out, cancellation or suspension.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure completeness, compliance and quality of records.
• Generate status reports, registers and dashboards to support handover processes.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders to manage document flow.
