Document Controller – Quality

About the role

We are seeking a Document Controller – Quality to support a gas‑based EPC project. The role ensures that all quality‑related documentation is accurately managed, tracked and maintained in line with ADNOC requirements, project specifications and ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Control, track and maintain all quality‑related project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support inspections, audits, turnover and final handover by providing up‑to‑date documentation.
• Manage Mechanical Completion and Project Handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC quality documentation requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to verify completeness of ITPs, WPS/PQR, welding, NDT and inspection records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of document control experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 3 years on ADNOC offshore or similar EPC projects.
• Proven experience handling QA/QC documentation for construction projects, preferably offshore.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures, workflows and quality documentation requirements.

Required skills

• Electronic Document Management Systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Documentum, Oracle‑based systems).
• Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Familiarity with ITPs, WPS/PQR, welding documentation, NDT reports and inspection records.
