Document Controller (UAE Nationals) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Document Controller (UAE Nationals) for its Abu Dhabi site. The role involves managing project documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established procedures and supporting the project team in delivering high‑quality records.

Key responsibilities

• Process one or more document types through all procedural steps in line with defined guidelines.
• Receive, track, and monitor documents using standard document management software, maintaining registers, logs and transmittals.
• Enter data, generate reports and scan documents for electronic storage.
• Maintain the project’s data distribution schedule based on client, department and supplier requirements.
• Expedite review, signature approval and release of supplier and internally produced documents.
• Provide clerical support such as light typing, filing, answering phones and messenger duties.
• Assist junior document control staff to ensure consistent implementation of project‑specific procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with electronic document management systems, preferably Aconex.
