Door Attendant

About the role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a courteous Door Attendant to join the Front Office team at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Hotel Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering a warm, professional welcome to guests and ensuring smooth vehicle handling throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, warm demeanor upon arrival.
• Open and close car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
• Control guest car keys and ensure vehicles are delivered within 10 minutes on request.
• Forward any guest complaints or issues to the manager on duty.
• Perform thorough handovers between duty shifts.
• Maintain full knowledge of hotel policies, facilities, and ongoing events.
• Promote positive public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hospitality, preferably with experience in a hotel concierge or front‑office environment.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
• Team player who can adapt quickly to changing situations.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
