Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of FIVE Hotels and recognise regular guests.
• Deliver personalised service and manage guest relations to ensure sensational experiences.
• Oversee the reception area, maintaining premium standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage reservations across multiple platforms and channels efficiently.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years supervisory or managerial experience in a luxury hotel front‑office environment.
• Proactive, meticulous eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an approachable, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Commitment to up‑holding FIVE’s grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Leadership capability to inspire and guide the team.
