Doorman – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

The Doorman, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at our hotel in Dubai. You will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
• Process operational needs such as handling luggage, coordinating transportation, and completing required reports.
• Address guest requests promptly, including providing local area information and assisting with special requirements.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Commitment to professional appearance, communication, and adherence to quality standards.
• No prior experience or supervisory background required.
