Draftsman – Civil & MEP Drafting (3‑5 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Draughtsman to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil and/or MEP drafting works and be capable of preparing accurate technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Civil, Architectural and/or MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings, layout drawings, sections, elevations and details as required.
• Review drawings and coordinate with engineers, project teams and other disciplines.
• Make revisions based on engineering and client comments.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards and approved designs.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
• Coordinate drawings to identify and resolve clashes and technical discrepancies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Civil/MEP drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
• Knowledge of Civil, Architectural and/or MEP drawings.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in construction, steel fabrication, gates, architectural metalwork or related industries is an advantage.
